Grand Marnier Negroni
Ingredients:

Drink:
25ml Grand Marnier
25ml Cinzano Rosso
25ml Campari
Garnish:
1 Orange Zest
Glass:
1 Old Fashioned Glass
Tools:
Japanese Mixing Glass/Glass Cocktail Shaker
Bar Spoon
Olympia Bar Spoon
Single Strainer
Method:
prepare your garnish by cutting a zest strip from a fresh orange. Cut the rough edges to improve the presentation.
Fill an Old Fashioned Glass with Ice cubes and set aside.
Pour 25ml Grand Marnier, 25ml Cinzano Rosso & 25ml Campari into your mixing glass.
Fill your mixing glass with ice cubes and stir for 25 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain your cocktail into the iced old fashion glass
add your orange zest garnish and serve.
French 75

Ingredients
Drink:
25ml Bull Dog Gin
12ml Lemon Juice
12ml Sugar Syrup
100ml Champagne
Garnish:
1 Lemon Zest
Glass:
Champagne Flute
Tools:
Cocktail Shaker
Single Strainer
Knife
Method:
Prepare your garnish by cutting a zest strip from a fresh lemon. Cut the rough edges to improve presentation.
Pour 25ml Bulldog Gin, 12ml Lemon Juice & 12ml sugar syrup into your cocktail shaker.
Fill your shaker to the top with ice cubes, add the lid, then shake vigorously until the ice has broken down and the wall of the shaker is cold to the touch.
Strain your mixture into a champagne flute.
Top your glass with 100ml of Champagne.
Add your lemon zest garnish to serve.
Did you know.. French 75 dates back to World War 1. An early form was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris - later Harry's New York Bar - by barman Harry MacElhone. The combination was said to have such a kick that it felt like being shell with the powerful French 75mm field gun.
