Clarkeys Mocktails

Make your dry January a little sweeter with Clarkeys perfect mocktails.


SPICE UP YOUR HIVE


Ingredients:

4-5 slices of Cucumber 25 ml Honey Syrup

50ml Mango Puree 25ml Fresh Lime Juice 50ml Ginger Beer 10 Ice Cubes


Method:

1. Add your cucumber & honey to a cocktail shaker then muddle well 6-8 times;

2. Add the mango pure and lime juice;

3. Fill your shaker with ice, then shake vigorously;

4. Single strain your mix into a copper mug, filled to the top with ice cubes;

5. Top with Ginger beer, then stir gently;

Garnish:

With a fresh lime wheel


 

SEEDLIP SPICY SOUR


Ingredients:

· 35ml Seedlip Spice 94

· 25ml Lemon juice

· 12.5 Sugar Syrup

· 1 Egg White

· 1 x Lotus Biscoff

2 Drops of Angostura Bitters


Method:

1. Add your Seedlip, lemon juice, sugar syrup and Angostura bitters & eggs white to a cocktail shaker, without any ice then shake vigorously (dry shake);

2. Then, fill your shaker with ice and shake again, well.

3. Double strain your mix into a Martini glass

Garnish:

Crush your lotus Biscoff, using a rolling pin, and then sprinkle the crumbs over the top.
