Clarkeys Rhubarb Cocktail

The Pickled Rhubarb Martini:


Glass:

9 Ounce Martini Glass

Base:

20ml Vermouth

50ml Premium Dry Gin

5ml Rhubarb Pickle Brine for Dirty

Garnish:

1 Long Strip of Pickled Rhubarb, Curled

1 Star Anise

Method:

1. Fill your Martini glass with ice & water to cool, then set aside

2. Add your Gin, Vermouth & Brine to a mixing glass, fill with ice then stir well

3. Empty your Martini glass of ice, ready to serve

4. Using a strainer, pour liquid into your glass

5. Add your rhubarb ribbon & star anise to garnish
