Is there such thing as a Healthy Biscuit?

Is there such thing as a healthy biscuit? We asked our Nutritionist Emily for the answer!
Yes! This would be one that’s not high in fat, saturated fat, salt or sugar. Depending on the ingredients, a biscuit may also be a good opportunity to get some fibre into your diet as well, for example an oaty based one.
What’s your favourite biscuit?
Its impossible to choose 1; either a hobnob or custard cream, depending on how I’m feeling!
