Smoothie Blush Bowl Recipe

Makes 7 x 140g Pots


· 500g Frozen Berries

· 100g Jumbo Oats

· ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract (Bidfood 17695)

· 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

· 50g Smooth Peanut Butter (Bidfood 18058)

· 400ml Alpro Professional Coconut Milk


1. Thoroughly defrost the berries, drain any excess moisture.

2. Blend the oats in the robot coupe until fine, then add the remaining ingredients.

3. Place into the pots and leave to chill overnight.

4. Add toppings: 2 Blueberries, 2 raspberries and one blackberry.
