The best travel food memory, was an amazing dining experience in 2011; a holiday with my girlfriend in the Vanuatu Islands. It wasn’t a fancy place but we had dinner on the beach and ordered a gigantic coconut crab to share. It was cooked in coconut milk with chili & lime with a side of rice. The meal was delicious & the atmosphere made the experience fantastic! You can’t beat eating fresh seafood with your feet in the sand whether it’s in Asia or Europe…
