Who's for Hummus?

Our chefs share their recipe! Try this…


1 450g tin chickpeas

1 tbs Tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp ground cumin

1 glove of garlic

Splash of olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste


Put all the ingredients except the Olive oil in a food processor, blitz till smooth, adjust the seasoning and add a little water if the consultancy is a little too thick. Put in a bowl and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika for the final flourish!
